Replacement Policy:
Please carefully read and understand the details provided below regarding Warranty & Replacement.

For defective goods only, Create Neon offers a replacement for faulty parts. We strive to resolve any issues you may encounter promptly. Each case will be assessed individually, subject to Create Neon’s absolute discretion.

In the unlikely event that your sign arrives faulty or becomes defective while under warranty, please contact us with your order number and provide a comprehensive video showcasing the damage or fault. We will promptly address the issue by replacing the defective part.

What if I receive the wrong neon sign?
If there is an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong size, a defective neon sign, or a different color than what you selected (e.g., you chose yellow but received a white sign), simply notify us, and we will promptly resolve the issue by replacing the sign.

Please note: There may be a slight color variation between the graphics and the actual neon lighting. Please refer to real-life colors for accuracy.

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not provide exchanges as each product is personalized to your specifications. However, if you find your neon sign to be faulty or defective for any reason, please inform us, and we will promptly resolve the issue.

Warranty:
Our Indoor LED neon signs come with a 2-year warranty. If you require an outdoor neon sign, please contact us for a quote, as they come with a 6-month manufacturer’s warranty (when used correctly).

In the rare event that you receive a defective sign, please contact us with a comprehensive video showcasing your sign, including the power supply and dimmer, so that we can identify and resolve the issue promptly.

What is not covered by this warranty?
This warranty does not cover damages caused by negligence, accidents, theft, mishandling of the sign, damage caused by others, or insufficient precautions taken to prevent damage from chemicals, ice, or snow. Any damage to the indoor sign resulting from outdoor usage is not covered by this warranty.

The warranty does not cover items exposed to harmful, atomic, or destructive conditions, as well as operating temperatures below -40 degrees Celsius or above 60 degrees Celsius.
