REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Create Neon does not offer refunds or accept returns. All sales are final, due to the custom nature of each product. Please be sure of your purchase at the time of ordering. The Company does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances.

However, Create Neon does offer a 24-month replacement warranty so you don’t need to worry if, in any rare case, your product arrives faulty. We will attempt to provide the highest quality products as standard, but in any case, if your product stops functioning due to any manufacturing fault or arrives with any shipping damage, you will be given a replacement. The warranty is nullified if the client decides to alter the light or power wires during installation. Should a wire be defective, we will replace the item at our discretion. We will offer to replace it with an item of comparable style and value.

Carelessness, mishap, robbery, improper handling of the sign, damage caused by or through the actions of others, or where sufficient care has not been taken to prevent chemical, ice, or snow damage to the item will not be covered by this warranty. Any damage to the indoor sign caused by its use outdoors will not be covered by this warranty.

The warranty doesn’t cover items that have been exposed to harmful, atomic, or corrosive conditions. Also where working temperatures fall below – 40 degrees Celsius or exceed 60 degrees Celsius.
