3 weeks is the longest turnaround time; however, most customers receive their signs within 2 weeks of ordering.

NO! Create Neon does not offer refunds. However, for the best customer experience, we offer free replacement of any faulty product that has been shipped to you. For evaluation purposes, we require photos and videos of any manufacturing fault encountered by our customers.

ABSOLUTELY! Our custom neon sign maker has multiple fonts that you can use in a single custom neon sign by giving each line a different font available on the font table. To get the desired alignment of the text, just drag around the lines using your mouse.

We cover all warm and cool tones of neon colours in our 13 neon colour palette. You can pick any of your aura-matching colours from our luminous colour palette or even choose the ‘RGB’ option for a beautiful multi-coloured flickering & flashing sign.

Your sign will come mounted on a high-quality transparent acrylic backing. We have three main backing options:

• Text Shape (Most Popular) – Cut around the shape of the sign to look aesthetically pleasing.
• Invisible – the backing is not visible and most suitable for text signs.
• Rectangular backboard – A rectangular backboard; is highly durable and suitable for big signs & outdoor use.

We can make LED neon signs as large as you want them to be, just let us know the desired width or height and we will get back to you with the proportional dimensions. Please note that signs larger than 150 cm (59 inches) may need to be made in two or more parts (connected via an m/f connector). However, your sign will appear and light up as a single sign.

All our signs are made with LED flex that is mounted on an acrylic backing. The materials used are PVC and acrylic, and no mercury, gas, or glass is involved in the manufacturing of our neon signs. Our outdoor signs have an IP68 waterproof rating as they undergo special waterproofing treatment.

Most LED neon signs are plug-ins that come with a 3-ft cable and a power adapter compatible with your selected country. The cord connecting your sign and the power supply is kept transparent to give your decoration a more finished look. However, you can opt for a custom battery-powered neon sign if your sign is small in size.

To make your neon sign stand on its own on a surface, we enclose your neon sign in an acrylic box. Another option is to request your sign to have an acrylic base stand (only suitable for small signs).

All Create Neon signs come with a free remote controller and a dimmer, so you don’t need to order an extra remote or dimmer.

Yes, if you request a custom LED neon sign for outdoor use, we will have your sign undergo a waterproofing treatment to make it suitable for outdoor use. Our outdoor neon signs have an IP68 waterproof rating.

Nope. Our materials and manufacturing processes are 100% environmentally friendly. We don’t use mercury or any other toxic gases during production, nor do we use any synthetic compounds that can make recycling difficult.
