Return and Refund

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on our products, except in the case of a defect. If your sign is defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it and we will send you a new sign free of charge. We may ask you to provide photos or other evidence of the defect before we send a replacement.

Delivery

We offer free shipping on all orders within Canada. We make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time, but we cannot guarantee that there will be no delays or disruptions due to circumstances beyond our control.
