We regret to inform you that Create Neon does not offer refunds or accept returns. As each product we create is customized to your unique specifications, all sales are final. We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase before placing an order. Please note that we do not provide any money-back guarantees. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that refunds will not be granted under any circumstances.

24-Month Replacement Warranty:

However, we do offer a 24-month replacement warranty to provide you with peace of mind. In the unlikely event that your product arrives faulty, we will do our utmost to rectify the situation. Our goal is to deliver exceptional products, but if your item ceases to function due to manufacturing faults or arrives with shipping damages, we will provide a replacement.

It is important to note that any modifications made to the light or its wiring during installation will void the warranty. However, if a defective wire is discovered, we will replace the item at our discretion. The replacement will be of comparable style and value.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:

Our warranty does not cover damages resulting from negligence, accidents, theft, mishandling of the sign, actions by others, or failure to take sufficient precautions to protect the product from damage caused by chemicals, ice, or snow. Additionally, any damage incurred when using the indoor sign outdoors is not covered by this warranty.

Furthermore, the warranty does not apply to items exposed to harmful, atomic, or destructive conditions, or when the working temperatures fall below -40 degrees Celsius or exceed 60 degrees Celsius.
